Swiss Super-LumiNova^® as a hybrid ceramic Lumicast^® casting on unknown components 

Lumicast^® parts are nowadays the quality standard when it comes to maximizing the luminosity of watch indices on dials. However, the luminous blocks produced in collaboration between CdG-BdG S.A. and RC Tritec AG can also be used for other applications. Come to our booth and see for yourself the applications on tourbillons, rotors and hands. Maximum luminosity is combined with maximum opacity in the Lumicast^® casting. In a simple but efficient application process, the luminous element can be positioned directly on almost any surface in a single step.

At EPHJ 2025, we are delighted to be able to present the high-precision rotors made of tungsten with applied Lumicast^® elements at both booths, produced in collaboration with the Sabato Group (booth Q17). 

Luminescent bracelets and watch clasps

As part of a joint research project with Brogioli SA (booth N06), we have developed an innovative varnish system reinforced with ceramic particles for the exterior decoration of watches, particularly metal bracelets.

Thanks to a maximum concentration of Swiss Super-LumiNova^® pigments, this varnish offers a hardness very close to that of ceramics, with intense afterglow. This innovative varnish system can be polished and even sandblasted to achieve a customized surface finish.

The choice of colors is unlimited, both for daytime appearance and for light emission in the dark.
