Stylograph and other useful tools

For the processing of Swiss Super-LumiNova® pigments, we offer various tools to achieve quality deposits. With the help of these tools, you can easily achieve high quality luminous deposits.

UV-Test Unit

This tool is used to test UV-aging resistance as per 4.1.4 ISO 3157 an accelerated simulation of sunlight exposure. Like this, light fastness of watch components can be tested easily.

Stylograph

A mixture of Swiss Super-LumiNova® pigment and varnish is filled in the front reservoir of the pen and by the pressure of a dispenser pressed through the nozzle on dials, hands or into indexes. The Stylograph pen enables a faster and more precise application of luminous paint, glue or white basecoat color than with either brush or steelpoint. By the continuous feed of the luminous compound, dots, signs or numbers can be covered more evenly. Parameters like pressure, the nozzle diameter or slight vacuum after the application, to avoid spill-over, can be changed to customize the application process to the preferences of every single worker. Flat nozzles to fill the windows of hands are also available.

Lighting Box

With the help of this tool, luminous deposits on watch parts can be checked under the following three standardized lighting conditions:

  • D65 
  • Warm light 
  • UV-Light

Luminous Marking Repair set

Sometimes, watch fans just like to repair or customize their watch hands and dials by themselves. Therefore we offer a high quality watch makers repair set for luminous deposits consisting of: 

  • Varnish A60 (1g) 
  • Dilutor A61 (1g) 
  • Swiss Super-LumiNova® pigment (1g) 
  • A mixing pot 
  • A glass rod for mixing
