Binders for all applications of phosphorescent pigments

Manual application of Swiss Super-LumiNova® into engravings or on hands:

The classic method for the application of hands and dials (engraving in the index or the dial itself). The Swiss Super-LumiNova® pigments are mixed with the appropriate transparent lacquer system according to your wishes and then applied by hand with our Stylograph. This not only saves you time, but also material and gives you exactly the result you are looking for. The following applies: a large engraving provides space for a larger quantity of luminous pigments, which results in outstanding afterglow.

Pad printing:

If you are looking for a high-resolution, sharp-edged luminous deposit on a dial or other components such as a rehaut, then pad printing is the method of choice. Swiss Super-LumiNova® can be easily applied in our specially developed pad printing varnishes with both open and closed printing machines. Please note that our pigments are very hard. It is therefore advisable to work with a glass or ceramic cliché and a ceramic blade to prevent unsightly abrasion.

Screen printing:

Do you want large, highly luminous and quickly producible luminous spots on the dial? With screen printing as an application method, large quantities of dials can be produced quickly in an industrial manner. Screen printing is simple, widely used and switching to application with our luminous pigments is absolutely unproblematic.

Hybrid ceramic coating systems:

Do you want to achieve increased hardness for your exterior application? Should the luminous deposit be sandable? For example, for the luminous deposit of a bezel? In this case, a UV or 2K coating system with additional, fine ceramic pigments to increase the hardness of the system is ideal. We will be happy to help you find the perfect solution for your individual application.
